Solar Mounting Structure
We manufacture structural components used in solar module mounting systems, including roll-formed profiles, channels, purlins, and project-specific fabricated parts.Our profile range includes Hat Profiles, C Profiles, U Profiles, Channels, and customized sections manufactured as per project requirements.
Tracker Components & Indexers
We support the manufacturing of automated solar tracker systems, indexers, and other structural components used in solar and renewable power installations.We manufacture brackets, support members, frames, base structures, and allied fabricated assemblies required for solar infrastructure projects.
Automated Assembly Lines
Backed by PAL Group’s automation expertise, we support advanced assembly line automation solutions for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), battery pack manufacturing and in allied renewable energy applications.

Cutting & Bending
In-house support for cutting and bending of sheet-metal and structural parts as per project drawings and application requirements.

Machining Support
Machining capability for components that require dimensional accuracy, fitment precision, and integration with assemblies.

Quality Testing & Inspection
Quality is a major strength of PAL Green Energy. Our quality checking facilities include 10 portable CMM arms for dimensional inspection and an in-house weld penetration checking facility for welding quality validation.
These facilities help ensure that manufactured components meet required dimensions, alignment, weld quality, and performance expectations.
